• Liaise directly with the asbestos removal contractor and then with the client to ensure that the client is always kept up to date with the progress of the contract.
• The majority of asbestos removal projects often require an air test certificate, to ensure that the area is safe for re-occupation. Air testing is normally required before, during and after the removal works.
